Requirements and responsibilities


Contract-based (long-term) | Los Angeles (PST). Role Overview. Own the execution of foundational HubSpot CRM work that supports client onboarding and ongoing operations. You will handle HubSpot tasks that keep client systems organized, accurate, and moving forward, ensuring work is delivered on time and results in a positive client experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on in HubSpot, takes pride in delivering high-quality work, and has strong client communication skills. You will be responsible for translating requests into action. The right person is proactive, detail-oriented, and consistently follows through. Responsibilities. * Execute HubSpot admin tasks across onboarding and ongoing client work, including views, lists, pipelines, basic reports, emails, newsletters, and settings. * Track action items during client meetings and translate them into clear, assigned tasks within 24 hours. * Respond to client emails related to HubSpot admin work and close the loop once tasks are completed. * Use checklists and documentation to complete work independently and flag when requests move into more complex or strategic territory. * Review and validate your own work before delivery to ensure accuracy, completeness, and client readiness. * Document repeatable HubSpot admin processes so work can scale cleanly over time. * Collaborate closely with the team to ensure smooth handoffs and a consistent client experience. Requirements. * Hands-on experience executing HubSpot admin and CRM operations work in real client environments. * Strong HubSpot fundamentals and genuine enthusiasm for learning the platform. * Clear, professional written communication skills and comfort interacting directly with clients. * Strong attention to detail and the discipline of self-QA before delivering work. * Proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel. * At least one active HubSpot certification. * Comfort working independently in a small team with high ownership expectations.
