Requirements and responsibilities

Location: Remote Compensation: $7/hour (USD) + commission opportunities Schedule: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday (some Saturdays) Type: Full-time, Contractor 1099 Join a high-energy, people-first roofing company that values ownership, communication, and reliability! We’re looking for a detail-driven Production Coordinator to keep projects on schedule, customers informed, and internal teams aligned — even when things change. This role moves fast — priorities can shift daily, and strong follow-through is essential. What You’ll Do: * Coordinate and drive roofing projects from start to finish * Communicate with homeowners about schedules, updates, and timelines * Coordinate with suppliers and vendors * Handle permits, reports, and materials * Keep our CRM and systems updated and accurate * Be the bridge between our sales and production teams * Invoice and collect payments * Ask for feedback and reviews with a smile * Make our customers feel confident, cared for, and informed throughout the entire project We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just complete tasks — they anticipate needs and keep projects moving forward by knowing how to: * Dispatch and/or schedule projects (required) * Communicate strongly (Bilingual - Spanish and English is a must) * Stay organized and detail-oriented—you never miss a follow-up * Comfortably use multiple apps, CRMs, and project tools * Maintain a positive attitude and a warm personality * Multitask and work independently Ready to apply?
