Location: Remote / Latin America preferred. Hours Schedule: Part-time 20 hours/week → Full-time 40 hours/week by March 2026. Time Zone: U.S. time zones (preference for candidates in Latin America to align with MST, UTC-7). Compensation: $11/hour/Bi-weekly pay. Bonus Opportunities: Quarterly. About Company and Role We are a fast-growing residential and commercial cleaning company seeking a motivated Sales Closer to join our team. This role starts part-time and transitions to full-time by March 2026. The Sales Closer will manage the inbound and outbound sales pipeline, convert leads into clients, and support client retention. Key Responsibilities * Handle inbound and outbound sales calls. * Close new clients and manage follow-up to increase conversion rates. * Manage objections confidently and nurture leads professionally. * Upsell services and maintain strong customer relationships. * Track sales activity in Google Sheets and Jobber CRM, and communicate with the operations team regarding lead and client conditions. * Support retention efforts through excellent client experience. Must-Have Qualifications * Sales experience in the residential or commercial cleaning industry. * Strong objection handling and rapport-building skills. * Excellent English communication; bilingual Spanish is a plus. * Understanding of U.S. customer expectations and service standards. * Reliable, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environm. Nice-to-Have Qualifications * Bilingual English–Spanish. * Experience with CRM software or sales tracking tools. * Previous experience in a service-based business environment.
