You will serve as the first point of contact for prospects replying to our outbound campaigns, ensuring timely, professional engagement and seamless scheduling with our sales team.If you thrive in a fast-paced sales environment, are exceptionally organized, and can monitor inboxes in real time, this role is for you.Core responsibilities:Monitor Instantly.ai inboxes in real timeRespond to inbound prospect replies promptly and professionallyAnswer basic questions about our funding productsQualify interest and book appointments directly onto our sales team’s Calendly linksKeep inboxes organized and ensure all appointments are properly loggedIdeal profile:Excellent written English and communication skillsHighly responsive and organized (real-time monitoring required)Experience in appointment setting, SDR, or sales support preferredFamiliar with tools like Gmail, Calendly, CRMs, and/or Instantly.aiAbility to operate in a fast-paced sales environmentAbility to work full-time EST
