Requirements and responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Truck Dispatcher with proven truck sourcing experience to manage daily dispatch operations and secure reliable trucks for assigned loads. This role is essential for ensuring on-time deliveries, strong carrier relationships, and efficient load coverage. Responsibilities • Source and secure trucks for available loads using load boards and carrier networks. • Negotiate rates and confirm load details with carriers. • Dispatch and coordinate drivers throughout the delivery process. • Track shipments and provide real-time updates. • Manage changes, delays, and operational issues proactively. • Maintain accurate records in TMS, CRM, or dispatch platforms. • Build and maintain long-term relationships with carriers. Requirements • Proven experience as a Truck Dispatcher with truck sourcing responsibilities. • Strong knowledge of U.S. trucking operations and logistics workflows. • Hands-on experience using load boards (DAT, Truckstop, or similar). • Strong negotiation and communication skills. • English proficiency (intermediate to advanced). • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. • Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely.
