❇️ Important details: -This position is remote only in Mexico. -The first 2 or 3 months is a trial period. You will be hired as a contractor during this time. -You will start receiving benefits once you have passed the trial period. -The process will be the following: 1)Torre testing including English validation. 2) Interview with the hiring manager. 3) Interview with founders. 4) Offer. ❇️ What we are looking for: - We look for a person with experience in customer service through live chats, bots, email support, etc. - We look for someone who is responsible and creative, aligned with Lizza's vision and strategy. - We are looking for a person with cultural and market knowledge of Mexico to enhance customer experience. ❇️ What you will do: -Constant and meaningful communication with Lizza users, stiving always for problem resolution. - Identification and improvement plans for the area. -Successful transmission of the company's branding through the communication channels (live chats, bots, support emails, etc.) -Analysis of input and insights coming from the different communication channels.
