🚀 As a VUI designer at Vozy you will be responsible for designing, building, training, and improving conversational voice assistants. You will join an essentially creative team, whose mission is to find strategies to create satisfactory conversations according to the use case and that is also efficient for the user experience. In addition, the training for the understanding of the assistant is based on semantic models and a good knowledge of the grammar of the language is essential. In the VUI team, you will participate in the definition and creation of personalized conversational solutions, so it is expected that you can apply innovative strategies to achieve customer expectations. You will also actively collaborate in the process of continuous improvement and supervised learning. For this, you must have analytical capacity oriented to the resolution of errors. You must work with initiative and autonomy; you will face exciting challenges every day. 🚀 What you'll do: ⚡ Design conversational experiences according to the context of the user and the objectives of the client. ⚡ Build and train conversational assistants according to NLU (natural language understanding) models. ⚡ Actively work with dialogue and voice to build virtual experiences with a tendency to naturalness. ⚡ Actively participate in internal testing sessions with the end customer. ⚡ Collaborate in the process of continuous improvement and supervised learning to innovate in the experience of conversational assistants who are in production. ⚡ Solve internal and customer escalations associated with errors or new requirements.
