Responsibilities
● To Develop and Unit Test new functionality for clients as part of client Project Delivery team, particularly highly complex or technical projects that require US-based resources
● Strongly contribute towards client Platform innovation and the functional direction of the client Platform for developers (both client Developers and customer/partner Developers), including providing direct feedback and guidance to the client Product team
● Act as a Developer evangelist for client Platform when working with client Customer/Partner Developers
● Act as a positive collaborator, working with the Technical Delivery Director, to support global client developers based across US, UK, Vietnam and Australia around new developer toolkits, new supportive technologies and developer practices that contribute towards increased delivery speed.
● Act as a Technical Architect for the Salesforce and client Platforms within the US which involves reviewing Technical Presales Materials and assisting in Technical Design of presales demos (together with Solution Architects), providing technical guidance around Projects in delivery where required (together with Project Managers) and helping solution complex technical challenges with live accounts (together with Tech Support and Customer Success Managers)
● Contribute to Developer Coaching & Best Practices
● Be the SME for Salesforce and client integrations, removing technical roadblocks by offering technical solutions
