USD2.5k - 3k/month

Responsibilities

✨ Applicants should have advanced experience in Heap. ✨ Work as part of the mobile development team, attending relevant team ceremonies. ✨ Work with mobile app team, QA, and analytics to understand and document existing analytics implementation. ✨ Assess existing implementation of analytics tools within the mobile app for reporting gaps. ✨ Establish and own ongoing and deep-dive reporting and delivery of actionable insights for the mobile portfolio, including business forecasts and customer engagement analytics. ✨ Partner with engineering teams to ensure our data warehousing and infrastructure can support the growing mobile analytical needs and maintain a strong data governance practice. ✨ Assist with automation of existing reports. ✨ Refine user funnels for more actionable insights. ✨ Work with product, marketing, and customer experience to develop realistic and measurable KPI. ✨ Learn how to navigate and manage reporting across platforms like Heap, Google Analytics, Firebase, Salesforce, and Domo. ✨ Help build analytics specifications for new mobile features. ✨ Support product team in data visualization.
