Reports To: VP of MarketingPosition OverviewThe Content and Field Marketing Manager is responsible for driving targeted awareness through high-impact content, campaigns, and programs. This role sits at the intersection of content creation and field marketing—partnering closely with Product Marketing, BDR, and Sales to create and distribute content that fuels sales outreach and pipeline generation.This role owns execution across key growth channels including website, social, webinars, events, and outbound support. This marketer understands targeted growth strategies and is excited to use content, proof points, and storytelling to reach the right accounts, not mass audiences. This role has meaningful ownership as an individual contributor, with room to grow across marketing.What Success Looks LikeContent consistently supports sales outreach and pipeline generationWebinars and events drive meaningful engagement with target accountsCase studies and proof points are actively used across channels and by teamsCampaigns are targeted, intentional, and measurableStrong collaboration with Product Marketing and Sales teamsCore ResponsibilitiesContent & Campaign ExecutionCreate and publish content across marketing channels including website, blog, social, email, and campaignsPartner closely with Product Marketing to translate positioning, messaging, and proof points into demand-focused contentRepurpose core narratives, launches, and customer stories into channel- appropriate assetsCustomer ProofManage a library of proof points, customer quotes and product stats to centralize and ensure consistency across the organization.• Leverage case studies, testimonials, and proof points across campaigns, website content, sales support, and outbound effortsPartner with Customer Success to gain customer approval of data, testimonials and more to help promote public visibility of top tier logos and partnerships.Webinars & EventsPartner with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to identify high-impact webinar and event opportunities as well as customer and industry speakers.Own virtual and in-person speaking strategy and execution, including topic development, promotion, speaker identification and prep and follow-up. Includes post-event data recap and learnings, documented and shared.Build a consistent thought leadership cadence, sourcing topics, drafting or ghostwriting content for executives and subject-matter experts and placing where target accounts will see it.Digital MarketingExecute targeted digital programs focused on specific accounts, segments, or use casesPartner with BDR and New logo reps to support outbound outreach with relevant content, messaging, and campaign assetsCreate and own targeted outreach strategy that prioritizes relevance and personalization over volumeOwn LinkedIn as the primary social channel, building a content cadence that drives brand awareness, amplifies customer wins and fills webinars/events.Performance Tracking & OptimizationTrack performance across content, campaigns, webinars, and eventsAnalyze results to understand what is driving engagement, pipeline, and conversionUse insights to iterate on content, channels, and campaign approachesWho You AreScrappy, creative and resourceful.
