Responsibilities

Company Overview: - We are a family-founded group in California's Santa Cruz Mountains. - We have been building for more than 10 years, since 2015, and this month we are launching our fourth business. - Every one of these companies has real customers and real services to sell. - Alesia Viticulture Services provides vineyard management that today farms in more than 60% of the AVA, built on the standard set at Rhys Vineyards. - Tierra Solutions provides landscaping services, bringing the same craft from the vineyard to landscaping for clients. - Ambassador Wine Garden pours the region's wines and makes the case that they are world-class. - Alesia Plumbing & Utilities, launching this month, brings the Alesia standard to plumbing and utility work. Role Responsibilities: - Drive sales across all four businesses. - Qualify leads, run the pipeline, and close deals. - Use social media and AI to hit each company's goals and ownership's targets. - Direct a team of AI agents that handle outreach, CRM updates, and social posting. - Close deals directed by the AI team. Requirements: - Native Spanish speaker with good to very good English or better. - Proven record of deals personally qualified and closed, with numbers. - Ability to create social media content and campaigns that turn followers into leads. - Hands-on experience with AI models and agents, and a clear view of how AI will lead to success. Compensation and Benefits: - $17 USD/hour base, about 20 hours/week to start. - Variable compensation on gross profit from business brought in, starting after the first 3 months. - Opportunity to grow into Head of Sales & Marketing as the companies grow. - Remote work with a flexible schedule, with a few hours of overlap with Pacific Time each day. - Candidates located in Mexico, Central America, or South America. - Direct collaboration with ownership.
