Description:Build and maintain production-grade services for HR, payroll, and compliance platform.Work on core backend systems to help global businesses scale efficiently and compliantly.Requirements:3 to 5 years of professional backend engineering experience shipping production-grade code.Strong proficiency in C# and the .NET ecosystem.Solid experience with PostgreSQL and relational database design.Proven track record building and maintaining REST APIs.Familiarity with microservices architecture patterns.Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.Benefits:Salary range: PHP 50,000 to PHP 80,000 per month.Fully remote role.
