Applications from candidates located outside this region will not be reviewed.Job Purpose:The Drug Screening Specialist oversees each step in the Occupational Health environment to ensure operations are processed effectively. Support clients by answering queries, assisting applicants with registration, monitoring and intervening as needed in the occupational health workflow to ensure test results are reported in a timely manner.ResponsibilitiesConfirm and expire drug tests based on vendor confirmationCheck status on occupational health services completed 48-72 hours priorAdhere to and assist in creating and maintaining client specificsContact vendors for additional information on testing requestsWork with applicants in remote locations to find collection sites in their area, manually registering them for testing when necessaryManually registering applicants using the zip code associated with their current address when not registered within 24 hours of an invite being sentCompose and send occupational health test registration information to applicantsProvide hands-on monitoring to ensure all client needs are metOccupational Health Specialist Qualifications:Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality; highly organized; production and planning skills required; ability to manage time and workload effectively; excellent communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to maintain stability under pressure and be flexible/willing to modify plans and behavior when necessaryAbility to be a positive representative of the Company both internally and externallyWe are an equal-opportunity employer that values diversity at all levels.
