Responsibilities

HubSpot CRM Integration Specialist (Remote) 🔹 What We Do We place technical talent inside growing companies as embedded specialists. This particular role sits with a U.S.-based sales-engagement/dialer platform that integrates directly into client CRMs — primarily HubSpot. 🔹 What You'll Actually Do Build and maintain the technical integration that pulls leads into the dialer platform and syncs call/lead status back into HubSpot Work hands-on inside clients' HubSpot portals to configure the pieces tied to this integration Translate business/sales conversations into the technical HubSpot setup needed to support them Use Zapier, Make, or similar tools to connect systems where needed Get trained on the company's own dialer software — you don't need to arrive already knowing it 🔹 The Client-Facing Piece (read this carefully) This isn't a back-office-only role. You'll independently meet with clients to diagnose and troubleshoot issues when their integration or automations break — no manager sitting in on the call. If owning that kind of conversation solo isn't your comfort zone, this isn't the right fit. 🔹 What This Role Is NOT Not full RevOps/CRM ownership — no unrelated workflow builds, no reporting strategy, no managing the client's broader CRM 🔹 How You'll Be Managed Async-first, low oversight — you won't be micromanaged, but you're expected to hit stated deadlines and flag blockers before they become late/urgent, not after Schedule is flexible — anywhere from US EST through Australian time works, but has to be available at some point, so alignment with US EST hours might be needed form time to time. 🔹 Ideal Background Strong hands-on HubSpot experience (workflows, properties, integrations); other CRM exposure is a plus but HubSpot depth is the priority Comfortable with Zapier, Make, or similar integration tooling Strong spoken English — this role is client-facing on calls and async Self-directed — you do well with autonomy and don't need close oversight to stay on track Bonus: experience independently owning troubleshooting or client-support conversations ✅ Full-time, long-term placement ✅ Async-first, wide timezone flexibility ✅ Hands-on support from the Sales Momentum team throughout the process 🔹 Compensation Dependent on experience and location, with competitive rates for both U.S.-based and international candidates.
