SeatGeek believes live events are powerful experiences that unite humans. With our technological savvy and fan-first attitude we’re simplifying and modernizing the ticketing industry.Social platforms are a critical component of SeatGeek's marketing strategy, because we need to meet live event fans where they are. As an Analyst on the Paid Social and Programmatic team, you'll play an integral role in growing a channel that spends eight figures annually across Meta, TikTok, Reddit and Snapchat. You'll bring the inherent excitement and uniqueness of live events to fans in a way that has a direct impact on SeatGeek's overall user and revenue growth. You'll use both sides of your brain. You'll develop growth marketing strategies alongside designers, data scientists and engineers, then prove the value of those strategies through rigorous, hypothesis-led measurement. This is a channel where we run real incrementality studies rather than taking platform-reported numbers at face value, so you'll be involved in building for, and measuring, success. What you'll doDay-to-day management of paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Reddit and SnapchatManage variable budgets to maximize scale while hitting ROAS targets, leaning in when performance beats target and pulling back when it doesn'tBuild and optimize per-performer campaigns for artists, teams and tours against a constant onsale calendarRun our dynamic and catalog-driven campaigns, working with product feeds and dynamic creative templates to keep thousands of live events served accuratelyDesign and execute experiments and A/B tests across targeting, creative, copy and landing pagesContribute to incrementality and conversion lift studies with our Analytics team, helping design holdouts, interpret reads, and translate results into how we set budgetsPartner with our Creative team on briefs and creative testing, and close the loop with performance resultsWork with Engineering on the internal tooling that automates campaign creation, helping define requirements and spot where automation is falling shortEngage directly with our platform partners at Meta, TikTok, Reddit and Snap to push their capabilities toward our priorities rather than theirsWhat you haveBachelor's degree2+ years of hands-on experience running performance advertising, with meaningful time on Meta and at least one other major social platformExperience managing variable, performance-led budgets at scale, where spend flexes against a ROAS or efficiency target rather than being fixed upfrontAn analytical, data-driven background with a proven ability to pull insight and narrative out of large datasetsStrong project and time management skills, so you can hold many campaigns and requests at once without dropping themStrong verbal and written communication.
