• Onboard graduates to all resources provided to them during their job search • Assist graduates with the development and implementation of successful job search strategies • Contact 150+ job searching graduates every week via email and Slack. Review the progress of graduates on a weekly basis to ensure that all graduates are trending towards successful outcomes • Escalate graduates during job search for extra support from Career Coaching and Technical Staff members • Follow-up with individuals to maximize engagement in all job search resources • Create engaging content for training and motivating graduates during their job search.
