• Build the community team at Dubsmash from the ground up that will be responsible for community growth, content moderation, and content curation. • Develop and execute strategies to drive user engagement, • Implement new processes and improve existing processes to enable and improve 24/7 content moderation • Work closely with cross-functional teams—product managers, and engineering—to develop go-to-market strategy and drive launches for our products • Talk often to creators and communities to gather user insights and drive engagement • Build meaningful partnerships with top creators, keep them engaged, and support them building communities on Dubsmash • Develop product positioning and messaging informed by user research, market insights, and product understanding • Build a great initial user experience by developing strategies on how to better improve the content onboarding experience (cold start problem)
