This is a remote position responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for healthcare professionals. This role is ideal for a recruiter who is passionate about finding high-quality candidates and building long-term relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through to offer acceptance.Source qualified healthcare professionals using platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other recruitment channels.Review applications and identify suitable candidates.Conduct phone and virtual interviews.Assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.Present qualified candidates to hiring managers.Coordinate interviews and maintain communication throughout the recruitment process.Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality healthcare professionals.Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.Monitor post-placement success and contribute to improving candidate retention.RequirementsProven experience as a Full Cycle Recruiter, preferably within the healthcare industry.Experience sourcing candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and other sourcing platforms.Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Highly organized with strong attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.Fraud Disclaimer:  ReWorks Solutions will never request payment during recruitment or require in-person office visits.
