Passion, potential, and perspective matter here.The RoleWe're looking for a Strategy & Planning (S&P) Analyst to serve as the foundational data architect within our S&P function. Partnering closely with the S&P Associate as well as CFO, you'll build a unified, comprehensive data ecosystem across AirDNA auditing, consolidating, and enriching the company's core data tables to deliver a holistic view of business performance. Please note that this role requires candidates to be in Latin America.This is a ground-floor opportunity to shape how an entire company sees and uses its data. You'll work cross-functionally with Growth, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Support, leveraging SQL, BI tools, and automation to turn fragmented data into a single source of truth that drives executive decision-making.Here's what you'll get to do: Audit and map all existing data tables across Finance, Growth, Marketing, and Customer Support.Design and build a unified master table architecture that consolidates cross-functional data into a single source of truth.Create executive dashboards in Sigma or similar BI tools to surface real-time KPIs for leadership.Deliver ad-hoc analyses for the S&P Associate and CFO, synthesizing data from multiple sources into actionable recommendations.Automate reporting workflows using SQL, Python, AI-based tools, or BI-native scheduling to reduce manual work.Ensure data quality and governance by reconciling discrepancies across systems and enforcing consistency.Document all processes including data lineage, transformation logic, and dashboard guides in Confluence.Partner cross-functionally with Growth, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Support to understand KPI priorities and close data gaps.Here's what you'll need to be successful:2+ years of experience in a data-driven, analytical role (e.g., strategy, consulting, business intelligence).Strong SQL proficiency (complex queries, joins, window functions, CTEs) across databases like Snowflake, PostgreSQL, or Redshift.Experience using Hex, Sigma, Power BI or similar.
