You'll be building greenfield products that automate the healthcare recruiting pipeline — from sourcing to onboarding — at a company that's already powering thousands of candidate interactions monthly and scaling to millions. You should have experience at both an early-stage VC-backed startup and a larger tech company, bringing best practices without being rigid. This is a high-ownership role where you'll work closely with the founding team, ship quickly, and see your work in production with real feedback loops the next day. What will you be doing?
