California and covers the Western U.S., with Los Angeles County as the primary territory and additional opportunity across N. California, Arizona and the PNW. You will spend significant in-person time with customers, stakeholders, and prospects across the region. The role involves developing a deep understanding of customer needs, effectively communicating the value of our SaaS solutions, and building long-term relationships with customers. The Account Executive will work closely with the Vice President of Sales, Director of National Accounts, Marketing and Product teams to achieve targets and contribute to CargoSprint’s success.What you'll doDrive growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing opportunities with current and prospective customers within the assigned territory.Manage the entire customer journey from lead generation to onboard (and beyond), ensuring accurate and up-to-date tracking of all activities and opportunities in the CRM (Salesforce) system.Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at prospective and existing customers.Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and recommendations to help customers achieve their business objectives using our product solutions.Ensure a smooth handoff to the customer success team for onboarding, implementation, and long-term customer success.Hold regular monthly customer business reviews using data and deep expertise to improve customer experienceQualifications5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with a proven track record of driving large-scale growth with 3PLs, freight forwarders, NVOCCs, Ocean Liners, Airlines, GHAs, and logistics providers.Deep regional knowledge of local airports, seaports, local leaders and influencers.Experience in logistics and/or supply chain technology, TMS, SaaS, and/or FinTech.Consistent quota attainment (100%+) and demonstrated success closing six-figure ACV deals with average sales cycles of 3–9 months in SaaS or logistics technology.Intense obsession with customer experience and proven ability to drive value-based growth while also helping shape internal roadmap through deep customer insights.Strong use of CRM (ideally Salesforce) and data analytics tools to make data driven decisions for customers and the organizationMandarin, Korean, or Spanish fluency preferred, but not requiredCompensation and BenefitsAt CargoSprint, we are “Empowering the People that Make Global Commerce Happen”—and we know that starts with our CargoSpinter’s.
