Loan Processing: - Manage borrower document collection using deal-specific needs lists. - Organize, label, and maintain complete digital deal files. - Assemble lender-ready loan request packages and submission memos. - Track outstanding conditions and follow up with borrowers, lenders, title, and escrow. - Keep deal checklists current from intake through closing. Lender Coordination: - Research and match lenders to each deal by product type, geography, and loan structure. - Prepare and queue lender distribution emails. - Log lender responses, quotes, and term sheets. - Maintain quote comparisons and side-by-side summaries. CRM & Reporting: - Manage and update Salesforce (Ascendix) deal and contact records. - Maintain accurate deal stages, activity logs, and pipeline reporting. - Excel data organization and reporting. AI & Technology: - Daily use of Claude, ChatGPT, and Perplexity for drafting, research, and document review. - Identify automation opportunities across the underwriting and processing workflow. - Support workflows via Make, Zapier, or similar. What We Are Looking For: Required: - Strong written and spoken English. - Highly organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work independently. - Excel (intermediate to advanced), including comfort with financial formulas and model structure. - Microsoft Outlook and Office Suite. - Comfortable with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar). - Reliable internet, camera, and microphone. - Based in Mexico, available PST hours. Preferred: - Commercial real estate, lending, or finance background. - Familiarity with CRE underwriting concepts (NOI, DSCR, cap rate, rent roll, T12). - CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot). - Experience reading financial statements or tax returns. - Automation tools (Make, Zapier, Airtable).
