We’re looking for a proactive Cold Email Outreach & Lead Generation Specialist to help us grow our international recruitment business.Key Responsibilities:Research companies actively hiring remote talent.Identify decision-makers (Founders, HR Managers, Talent Acquisition, Hiring Managers).Build and verify targeted prospect lists.Create, schedule, and manage cold email campaigns using Saleshandy.Personalize email outreach and follow-ups.Monitor campaign performance, reply rates, and bounce rates.Keep lead data and campaign records organized.Requirements:Experience with cold email outreach and lead generation.Hands-on experience with Saleshandy, Instantly, Smartlead, Apollo, or similar tools.Knowledge of email deliverability and best practices.Strong internet research and data organization skills.Excellent written English and attention to detail.Experience in B2B sales or recruitment outreach is a plus.What We Offer:Fully remote position.Flexible working hours.Competitive salary with performance incentives.Opportunity to grow with a fast-growing international recruitment company.
