This is an entry-level opportunity for a motivated media professional eager to grow within a collaborative production team.Working under the guidance of the Director of Media Production, you will contribute across the full production lifecycle — from pre-production planning through post-production delivery — while gaining hands-on experience with modern production workflows and AI-enabled tools.This role serves as a key contributor to course production quality, supporting subject matter experts (SMEs), coordinating with internal stakeholders, and helping uphold brand and accessibility standards across all content. Occasional travel may be required (approximately 3–6 trips per year) to media production locations or the St. Louis studio.What You'll DoOperate cameras and frame shots effectively in both studio and on-location environmentsEdit video content in Adobe Premiere using multicam workflowsSet up and manage technical audio and lighting for recordings and live productionsParticipate in live broadcasts and podcast productionSupport the full production lifecycle, from pre-production planning through post-production deliveryCollaborate with subject matter experts, internal stakeholders, and the broader media production teamHelp maintain brand consistency and accessibility standards across all contentContribute to continuous improvement of production workflows, including the integration of AI toolsTravel occasionally (roughly 3–6 times per year) to support content creation at various locationsWhat You'll Need to SucceedHands-on video production or directing experienceLive broadcast or video crew experienceStrong camera operation and framing skillsVideo editing proficiency, with specific experience in Adobe Premiere multicam workflows (highest priority)Ability to manage audio levels and perform technical audio setupExperience operating lighting equipmentFoundational knowledge across video, podcast, and live broadcast productionComfort with regular travel and a flexible lifestyle to accommodate production schedulesStrong teamwork and collaborative communication skillsColibri Group welcomes applicants from all backgrounds and experiences, and we understand that not every candidate will meet every requirement listed in the job description.
