Requirements and responsibilities

ABOUT USPartnerships are the future of go-to-market. They drive 30-50% of company revenue, yet most partner teams are stuck with spreadsheets, email chains, and outdated CRMs — tools never built for partnerships at scale. The result? Wasted time, lost deals, and inefficiencies that kill growth.EULER is the AI-native PRM for modern partnership teams — built to replace manual work, eliminate partner friction, and turn partner activity into repeatable revenue and measurable ROI. Our mission: make partner revenue scalable and predictable. We grew 600% YoY in 2025 and serve industry leaders — consistently winning against legacy solutions. We move fast, build intentionally, and focus on delivering real value. If you're excited to solve big problems, work with smart teammates, and shape the future of partner tech, we'd be glad to meet you.ROLE OVERVIEWEULER is hiring a Director of UX/UI to own the end-to-end design experience across our platform. You'll lead our existing design team from day one while staying just as close to the craft yourself — equally comfortable running a design critique and designing in Figma, and spending real time doing both every week.Reporting to the CTO, you'll own the UX/UI across every surface of the EULER product. That means designing for two distinct user types — partnership managers on the customer side, and channel partners on the other — and making both experiences feel intuitive, fast, and worth coming back to.You'll manage and grow the designers we already have, set the standard for the function, and still contribute directly on the highest-leverage work. Neither side is a side gig: leading the team and doing the design are both core to this role.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESLead the team:Lead, manage, and mentor our existing team of designers from day one — set high standards for craft, process, and delivery, and create the conditions for them to do their best work.Run regular design critiques and give specific, actionable feedback that levels up the team and creates a shared quality bar everyone designs toward.Own the design process end to end — how work is scoped, reviewed, handed off, and measured — so the team ships consistently and predictably.Grow the team over time: define roles, evaluate portfolios, and run design hiring as we scale.Be the connective tissue between design, product, and engineering — represent design in planning, advocate for the user, and make sure design decisions are understood and respected across the org.Stay hands-on:Contribute directly as an individual contributor on the highest-leverage and most complex design work — this is not a purely managerial role.Own the UX/UI vision and execution across all EULER product surfaces from early concepts and wireframes through high-fidelity, engineering-ready specs.Build and maintain a cohesive design system in Figma — design tokens, components, and variables — that keeps the product consistent and scalable as we ship constantly.Own the engineering handoff: deliver specs precise enough to leave no room for interpretation.Run user research and usability testing to ground design decisions in real user behavior — not assumptions.Identify friction points across the product and proactively design improvements — you don't wait to be asked.Across both:Track and own design's impact on product adoption and engagement — UX is a business lever here, not just a deliverable.WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR6+ years of UX/UI design experience in B2B SaaS, with at least 2 years leading a design team in a fast-paced, small-team environment.A track record of both managing designers and personally shipping high-quality product work — you've genuinely done both at once, not one and then the other.A strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design — complex workflows, multi-sided platforms, or enterprise tools preferred.Expert in Figma — design systems, design tokens, component libraries, prototyping, and engineering handoff.Experience designing for multiple user types with different mental models and goals.Proven ability to lead research, synthesize findings, and translate them into design decisions that move the product forward.Comfortable owning design metrics — adoption, engagement, task completion — and using them to prioritize and justify decisions.Collaborative and opinionated — you bring a clear point of view and know how to defend it without losing the room.Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift and decisions get made with incomplete information.Exceptional written and spoken English.WHY JOIN USOwn the UX/UI function at a profitable, fast-growing SaaS company — lead the team and build the product yourself.Lead a design team while staying hands-on in Figma — this role won't pull you into pure management.Design for a product with two distinct user experiences and genuine complexity — this is not a landing page role.Build and evolve the design system in parallel with new features shipping constantly.Work directly with the founders, with a direct line to the product and engineering decisions that shape what gets built.Real traction: 600% YoY growth, enterprise customers, and a category wide open for disruption.A small, high-impact team that values speed, ownership, and craft.Competitive salary and benefits. We'd love to meet you.
