This role focuses on cold outreach and scheduling qualified demos for the sales team, helping build a consistent, healthy sales pipeline.You will thrive here if you are a self-starter who takes complete ownership of the role and has the disciplined organization to document winning processes as you grow.Key Responsibilities1. Sales Development & Execution (80% Focus)Lead Generation: Research, identify, and reach out to potential customers through cold email, cold calls, and social platforms such as LinkedIn.Prospect Qualification: Engage prospects to understand their needs, challenges, and potential fit for the client's SaaS solution.Demo Scheduling: Qualify, schedule, and coordinate product demonstrations for interested prospects for the sales team, ensuring a seamless and professional hand-off.CRM Management: Accurately log outreach activities, conversations, and follow-ups in the CRM system.Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align messaging, targeting, and outreach strategies.Product Knowledge: Build a solid understanding of the client platform and clearly communicate its value to prospects.Follow-Up: Maintain consistent and thoughtful follow-up with leads to keep them engaged through the sales funnel.Metrics Tracking: Meet or exceed monthly targets related to outreach activity, demo bookings, and qualified leads.2.
