Job Summary: - We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Cyber Security Analyst to help protect the organization’s systems, networks, and data from cyber threats. - The candidate will assist in monitoring security systems, identifying vulnerabilities, responding to incidents, and supporting security compliance activities. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor security alerts and investigate suspicious activities. - Assist in identifying and resolving security vulnerabilities. - Support incident response and threat analysis activities. - Perform basic security assessments and risk analysis. - Maintain and update security tools, antivirus, and firewalls. - Help enforce security policies and best practices. - Conduct log analysis and monitor network traffic. - Prepare security reports and documentation. - Stay updated on emerging cyber threats and security trends. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, IT, or related field. - Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, Firewalls). - Knowledge of operating systems such as Windows and Linux. - Familiarity with cyber security concepts: - Malware. - Phishing. - Vulnerability Management. - SIEM tools. - Endpoint Security. - Basic understanding of security frameworks and compliance standards. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills: - Familiarity with tools like: - Wireshark. - Nessus. - Splunk. - Nmap. - Basic scripting knowledge (Python, Bash, or PowerShell). Certifications are a plus: - CompTIA Security+. - CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker). - Google Cybersecurity Certificate.
