Requirements and responsibilities

That's the work behind Project Zeno, a new remote project at OneForma, and we're hiring detail-oriented bilingual linguists to join. The role is evaluation, not editing. You'll review machine-generated translations and pre-labeled named entities, then assign quality ratings — Good, Neutral, or Bad — according to detailed project guidelines, providing your reasoning where needed. Your consistent, careful judgment is what builds the reliable datasets used to evaluate advanced speech translation models. What the role looks like:Fully remote, flexible, and long-term — analytical language work at your own paceNative speaker of your target language, fluent in the source languageHigh proficiency in English and the ability to apply complex guidelines consistentlyExperience in translation, localization, adaptation, or similar work (formal education not required)Paid per approved assetWe're recruiting across German, Spanish, French, Italian, Japanese, Korean, and Portuguese (Brazil & Portugal) — paired as source and target languagesFamiliarity with banking and medical terminology, plus excellent attention to detail
