We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Finance Officer to manage financial transactions, maintain accurate financial records, and support budgeting and reporting activities. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, integrity, and a solid understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports. Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions. Monitor cash flow and perform bank reconciliations. Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and financial planning. Ensure timely payment of invoices, taxes, and other financial obligations. Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities. Maintain compliance with company policies and applicable financial regulations. Coordinate with auditors and assist during internal and external audits. Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to improve financial performance. Perform other finance and accounting duties as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. At least 2 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting (preferred). Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications CPA or equivalent professional certification is an advantage. Experience with ERP or cloud-based accounting systems.
