Requirements: - Excellent command of SQL and/or PL/pgSQL (PostgreSQL), applied to large-scale databases. - Hands-on experience with structures counted in billions of rows and terabytes of data, and knowing how to process them efficiently. - Ability to optimize queries and long-running processes, including jobs that run for many hours. - Skill in analyzing query execution plans and quickly identifying bottlenecks. - Solid experience with stored procedures and their effective use. - Confident use of Python for maintaining and developing business logic. - Ability to analyze data and troubleshoot issues coming from multiple sources. - Experience analyzing system logs and using extensions such as pg_stat_statements to identify blocking processes and bottlenecks. - Knowledge of data partitioning (especially by date) to optimize searches over terabyte-scale tables. - L2 support experience, including troubleshooting and maintaining processes in a production environment. - Fluent English (B2/C1). Nice to have: - Experience with BigQuery, Airflow, and DBT. - Familiarity with cloud database environments (AWS, Azure). What we offer: - Work on projects built around PostgreSQL, data warehousing, and systems processing very large data volumes. - Membership in a new, growing competence hub with a clear path to full project ownership. - Real influence on a critical banking application in a multi-cloud (AWS + GCP) setup. - Competence development in DWH, data integration, and database solutions. - A clear career path and support for your professional growth at the L2 level. - Technological and developmental challenges in the Data and analytics space. - Benefits package: private medical care, insurance, sports card. - Work with the latest technologies and market trends. - Competitive salary. - An unbeatable team atmosphere.
