This is a high-impact role that sits at the intersection of marketing strategy, data infrastructure, and intelligent automation.You will join a team that is actively investing in centralized audience segment and being AI-first. This is not a role for someone who wants to manage batch-and-blast campaigns — it is for a modern marketer who understands that the future of email, direct mail, and cross-channel orchestration lives inside a well-architected customer data platform.This role reports directly to the Director of Growth Marketing. You will collaborate closely with the data team, growth marketing team members, product, brand, and data automation teams.WHAT YOU’LL DOLead the audience segment buildout within our licensed platform: collaborate with our data team to manage audience traits, event taxonomy, identity resolution rules, and apply integration architecture with ESP’s and downstream channelsOwn the email marketing program end-to-end: campaign strategy, segmentation, automation flows, A/B testing cadence, and performance reportingEstablish and enforce data hygiene standards, CAN-SPAM and other compliance protocols, and unsubscribe/suppression management across sends and mailingsCollaborate with the data team to maintain a subscriber data governance framework: aid in defining what we collect, how we store it, and how it flows across the stackPartner with the data team to align CDP data structures to the broader data roadmap and migration projectDrive a cohesive omni-channel strategy by aligning direct mail logistics with digital campaigns to ensure consistent audience targeting, personalization, and suppression.Lead AI automation adoption across email and direct mail: deploy AI tools for, send-time optimization, predictive segmentation, A-b testing and performance analyticsManage reporting dashboards that connect marketing channels for engagement to renewal rates, and revenue contributionEvaluate and recommend additional MarTech tooling to support channel expansion and automation maturityServe as the internal subject matter expert on email and related CDP capabilitiesManagerial responsibilities of one or more team membersWHO YOU AREYou are a data-literate, technically fluent prospect, winback and engagement marketer who is equally comfortable in a CDP workspace as you are building journeys in an ESP. You research and follow trends in marketing technology. You are passionate about data quality. You are energized by collaboration and cross-team success.6+ years in email marketing, growth marketing, or marketing automationHands-on experience with a CDP — Twilio Segment preferredDirect experience with a marketing automation platform (specifically with Marketo, or HubSpot.
