The business owner is a CPA and will provide direct training, oversight, and standardized processes. This role is intended to scale quickly as client volume increases.The ideal candidate has strong QuickBooks experience, excellent attention to detail, and near‑native English fluency, and is comfortable participating in calls with U.S.-based clients when needed.The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a qualified contractor.Scope of ServicesContractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks:Bookkeeping & Accounting SupportPerform day‑to‑day bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks OnlineManage multiple client accounts accurately and efficientlyCategorize transactions, reconcile accounts, and maintain clean booksAssist with month‑end close processesFollow standardized bookkeeping workflows provided by the CPAMaintain consistency across franchise client accountsClient Account ManagementSupport the onboarding of new franchise clientsHandle recurring bookkeeping tasks across a growing client baseTrack completion of client work (e.g., clients completed per day/week)Communicate clearly on progress and task completionCommunication & CollaborationParticipate in internal calls with the CPA for training and clarificationJoin client calls when appropriate, with clear and professional English communicationProvide written updates and status reports as requestedCoordinate closely with the account manager and assigned trainer during onboardingData Security & ConfidentialityHandle sensitive financial and client data with strict confidentialityFollow security protocols related to password management and system accessUse approved password managers and security toolsComply with any limitations on screen monitoring for bookkeeping workEach engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. However, availability may vary based on time zones, capacity, and the contracted hours set in this SOW.
