Job DescriptionAs Investigation Engineer - Medical Devices you will focus on investigating customer complaints related to medical devices and ensuring timely resolution in line with regulatory and quality standards. You will work on root cause analysis, product testing, and clear documentation to improve customer experience and compliance.ResponsibilitiesManage receipt, processing, and evaluation of complaint-related products and samplesConduct investigations into customer experiences and communicate findings across teamsPerform root cause analysis and formal product testing on infusion devicesDocument investigation results and conclusions in the complaint handling systemAnalyse complaint trends and identify opportunities for process improvementRecommend corrective and preventive actions based on investigation outcomesCollaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to address issuesEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal quality standardsPreferred Requirements:Engineering degree or HND/HNC in Electronic or Mechanical Engineering, or a minimum of two years of proven experience in an engineering role within the medical device, pharmaceutical, or related industriesSkilled in failure analysis and problem-solving for electromechanical devicesProficient in Microsoft Office Suite with strong reporting skillsComfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentDetail-oriented with ability to manage multiple investigations accuratelyStrong communication skills for clear written and verbal updatesClick on apply if this sounds like you!
