As a Area Manager Quality Assurance, you will support the team that leads our brands with the steadfast goal of strengthening and growing the Hilton portfolio. On the Quality Assurance team reporting to Senior Director Quality Assurance, you will coordinate training and evaluation of auditors, daily operations of the team, scoring model updates, UAT testing of QA systems, updating QA checklists and other projects while working directly with the global Senior Director.What you'll do during a typical day:Perform routine Quality Assurance evaluations and audits in tandem with direct reports to assess the quality of their auditsReview, edit and approve all audits crafted by the teamLead consistency exercises, assist with meeting content, preparation, and presentation, and participate in activities outside of QACommunicate brand standard compliance, QA, brand protocol, procedures, and Improvement PlansComplete projects and attend meetings assigned by QA leadership.How you'll collaborate with others:Address verbal and written inquiries and communications from the internal team, General Managers, Auditors, Owners, Senior Directors, Vice Presidents, Brand teams, Architecture, Design & Construction, and Human ResourcesProjects you'll take ownership of:Coordinate upcoming activities such as travel plans and hotel scheduling, ensuring downtime work is completed and submitted by established deadlinesHandle expenses incurred from travel completed/scheduled, both based upon monthly and yearly goals for yourself and your team.What It Takes to Make the StayYou have these minimum qualifications:Five (5) years in Quality Assurance, Multi-departmental hotel experienceFive (5) years of management experienceThree (3) years of experience as a Full Service General Manager or three (3) years as an executive committee member at a Full Service propertyValid Driver's LicenseWillingness to travel 70% of the timeExperience with Microsoft Office and SalesforceIt would be useful if you have:BA/BS Bachelor's DegreeFluency in a Foreign LanguageHow We'll Help You ThriveAt Hilton, the hospitality we're known for doesn't end with our guests. The pay range for this role is $85,000 – $130,000 and is determined based on applicable and specialized experience and location. Subject to plan terms and conditions, you will be eligible to participate in the Hilton Annual Incentive (Bonus) Plan, consistent with other team members at the same level and/or position within the Company.
