Job Summary:
We are looking for a Salesforce Revenue Cloud Consultant with a strong functional background and solid technical understanding to support the design and implementation of end-to-end revenue solutions. This role is highly client-facing and requires close collaboration with business stakeholders to understand revenue processes, translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions, and partner with technical teams to ensure successful delivery.
The ideal candidate brings a consultative mindset, understands complex revenue models, and can bridge business needs with technical implementation.
Essential Functions:
Serve as the primary client-facing consultant, leading discovery sessions and workshops to gather, analyze, and validate business, functional, and technical requirements.
Translate customer revenue processes into functional specifications and solution designs using Salesforce Revenue Cloud capabilities.
Configure and support Revenue Cloud components such as CPQ, Pricing, Billing, and Subscription Management.
Collaborate closely with technical teams on system configuration, customizations, and integrations with CRM, ERP, and third-party systems.
Provide strategic guidance to clients on revenue lifecycle best practices, including quoting, contracting, invoicing, and renewals.
Support integration discussions involving APIs and external platforms.
Participate in solution design reviews to ensure alignment with Salesforce best practices and scalability standards.
Assist with testing activities, including system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment support.
Develop and maintain functional and technical documentation, including requirements, process flows, and solution designs.
Provide post-go-live support and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
