20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.The company is seeking a proactive Virtual Assistant to support lead generation, appointment setting, outreach automation, and AI-driven business development initiatives.This role will focus on building and managing prospect databases, conducting outreach campaigns, utilizing AI tools and automation platforms, and helping grow a commercial cleaning brokerage business. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and eager to learn emerging technologies that improve lead generation and sales processes.The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a qualified contractor.Scope of ServicesContractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks:1. Lead Generation & Prospect ResearchResearch and build targeted prospect lists.Develop and maintain a worldwide directory of property managers, facility managers, and cleaning companies.Identify qualified leads within commercial real estate and commercial cleaning industries.Verify contact information and maintain accurate lead databases.2. LinkedIn Sales Navigator ProspectingUtilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and research potential prospects.Connect with decision-makers and industry contacts.Support relationship-building and lead nurturing activities.Track prospect engagement and follow-up opportunities.3. Appointment Setting & Outreach SupportConduct outreach through email, LinkedIn, and other approved channels.Qualify prospects and schedule discovery calls or appointments.Maintain organized records of outreach activities and results.Follow up with prospects to increase engagement and response rates.4. Administrative & Reporting SupportTrack lead generation activities and campaign performance.Maintain accurate records within CRM and outreach systems.Prepare reports on lead generation efforts, appointments booked, and outreach metrics.Document workflows and process improvements.Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement.
