Requirements and responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Release Train Engineer (RTE) / Technical Scrum Master to support the HR Data Analytics team in delivering a next-generation HR Data Warehouse on Azure, leveraging Oracle HCM and other HR data sources.This role will lead Agile execution and delivery for a cross-functional team building data pipelines, integrations, and AI/analytics ready data products. The ideal candidate will act as a servant leader, coach Agile practices, and drive execution across multiple teams to ensure high-quality, scalable delivery.Ability to influence without authority and drive alignmentSAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE)Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe Advanced Scrum MasterPMI-ACP or equivalent Agile certificationStrong facilitation and communication skills across technical and business teamsExcellent problem-solving and organizational skillsAbility to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environmentSupport HR Data Warehouse build in Azure using Oracle HCM dataEnable iterative data pipeline development and data product deliveryDrive coordination across data engineering, analytics, and governance teams
