Following their recent merger with BAI Connect, Zentro serves over 100,000 subscribers across key markets including Chicago, Los Angeles, and Detroit.Zentro specializes in delivering bulk internet and managed Wi-Fi solutions purpose-built for apartment communities, high-rises, and mixed-use developments.About the roleZentro is seeking a detail-oriented Contract Specialist to support the company’s day-to-day contracting needs, with a primary focus on customer and sales-related agreements. This role will work closely with the Sales, Account Management, and Finance teams to review, process, and manage contracts efficiently while ensuring consistency with approved legal standards and company policies.This position is intended to take ownership of routine contract review and contract operations, allowing the Director of Legal Operations to focus on higher-risk, strategic, and compliance-driven legal matters.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesContract Review & Sales SupportPerform first-level review of customer-facing agreements, including service agreements, order forms, amendments, renewals, and related sales documents.Apply approved contract templates, playbooks, and fallback positions to support timely sales execution.Identify non-standard terms and escalate higher-risk or non-routine issues to the Director of Legal Operations.Partner closely with Sales and Account Management to explain contract terms, resolve issues, and move deals forward efficiently.Track contract status, revisions, approvals, and execution to ensure deals close cleanly.Contract Administration & Record ManagementMaintain organized and accurate contract records, including executed agreements, amendments, and supporting documentation.Support contract lifecycle management activities such as renewals, expirations, and change tracking.Assist with updating and maintaining standard contract templates and clause libraries under direction of the Director of Legal Operations.Cross‑Functional CoordinationWork with Finance and Accounting on contract-related questions impacting billing, collections, and revenue recognition.Coordinate with Operations and other internal stakeholders to ensure contractual obligations are accurately reflected in service delivery and internal processes.Risk ManagementManage insurance related processes, including tracking and documenting contractor insurance.Maintain updated insurance documentation for various departments and customer properties.Process & Continuous ImprovementFollow established contract review workflows and escalation guidelines to ensure consistency and risk management.Identify opportunities to improve contract processes, cycle times, and documentation standards.Support basic reporting on contract volume, turnaround time, and common deviations.Qualifications2–4 years of experience in contract administration, contract review, legal operations, sales operations, or a related role.Experience reviewing customer or vendor agreements in a commercial or operational environment.Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standardized review guidelines.Must be able to attend, participate in, and effectively communicate during Microsoft Teams meetings, including discussions with cross-functional teams, clients, and vendors.Ability to handle high-pressure situations, including tight deadlines and complex contract negotiations, while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.Clear written and verbal communication skills.Experience in construction, telecom or subscription-based services is a plus, but not required.Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for contract-related questions from the Sales team.What We OfferBase salary range $55k-$65k (commensurate with experience).Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and retirement plans.Opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a growing industry.Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
