You’ll contribute to achieving our customer acquisition and revenue targets by exhibiting what it truly means to be a consultative salesperson, helping prospects choose our technology and network to fuel their growth.MD Integrations is the physician-powered telehealth platform that helps companies scale quickly and compliantly. To further our mission of expanding patient care while also improving outcomes with our asynchronous, high-touch telehealth model, we’re looking for colleagues who embrace our values of quality, integrity, collaboration, compassion, accessibility, and innovation.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive MDI’s full-cycle, high-velocity sales motion in order to meet and exceed both new logo acquisition and outbound pipeline generation quotas.Leverage best practices for conducting effective discovery, product demonstration and follow-up in a fast-paced, DTC target market.Demonstrate rigorous time-management skills by efficiently qualifying inbound leads and devoting time to make 30 - 50 outbound calls daily.Own and call your number in terms of monthly forecasting and having a perspective on what activities and plays could enhance conversion through the funnel.Commit to diligently logging and documenting all requisite activity and prospect insights in HubSpot.Collaborate with your team, sharing industry and market news, sales best practices and other experiences to help the team learn, innovate and grow together.Stay current on new services and enhancements, MDI’s offerings and promotions, and active partnerships to leverage resources and provide a stellar experience for prospects.Occasionally attend tradeshows or industry events and communicate our value proposition and represent our brand with the highest degree of integrity.Your BackgroundStrong sales acumen, with minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a high velocity sales environment. Healthtech? Even better.Demonstrated history of success selling to SMB and Mid-Market accounts while successfully closing both senior leadership and startup founders.Familiarity with Hubspot CRM and Hubspot sequenced outreach strongly preferred.Experience in the telehealth industry is a plus.Your Work DNAStartup Mentality: You embrace uncertainty and deftly triage competing priorities. All it takes is the framework of a plan or initiative to get you going and you are not afraid to overcommunicate and/or suggest process improvements along the way.What We OfferCompetitive Salary: We offer a competitive salary commensurate with experience and qualifications.
