Requirements and responsibilities

You will work directly with hospitals and clinics to deploy and refine enterprise-grade systems: AI-driven patient communication and triage, agent orchestration, and secure healthcare data layers with low-latency voice and video. This is a hands-on, Python-heavy role focused on building and scaling distributed systems and solving complex, high-impact problems. At the staff level, you will own system architecture and reliability at scale while supporting and guiding other engineers. What You Will Do: - Architect and scale AI agents for healthcare applications. - Work on systems involving LLMs, reinforcement learning, and agent-based architectures. - Collaborate with a small team to ship and iterate quickly. - Solve high-impact problems, including system performance and clinical accuracy. - Design system architecture and own reliability at scale. - Support team members through code reviews and knowledge sharing.
