This role is responsible for owning and growing a portfolio of key brand partners while delivering a world-class partner experience through consistent omni-channel revenue growth.The Senior Account Manager operates as a business owner for their partners—defining strategy, leading execution, and collaborating cross-functionally to drive long-term success across wholesale, marketplace, and retail channels.Help us inspire a belief in the power of fragrance to craft and elevate memorable moments for our Owners in a high-growth company redefining the way people experience scent.What You’ll Own:Own a portfolio of Core, Growth, and Strategic brand partnersDefine the annual and long-term strategy for each brand within the Pura marketplace, Pura retail and partner wholesale channelsLead execution of omni-channel marketing and distribution growth strategiesFull ownership of partnership performance metrics, including:Partner Satisfaction resultsWholesale revenuePartner revenue on Pura.comPartner revenue through Pura retailBuild and maintain strong, senior-level relationships with brand partnersLead Annual and Quarterly Business Reviews, monthly touchbases, and strategic planning sessionsManage complex projects including new launches, promotions, and marketing campaignsSupport demand planning, forecasting, logistics, and fulfillment for partners’ wholesale businessesIdentify growth opportunities and proactively address risks before they impact performanceServe as a thought partner to brands, helping them navigate and succeed within Pura’s omni-channel ecosystemMentor and support junior Account Managers, sharing best practices and strategic guidanceQualifications:10+ years of Account Management or Brand Partnerships experience (Beauty and/or Personal Care preferred; Omni-channel business preferred)Proven ability to manage and grow large or complex brand partnershipsStrong business acumen with experience driving revenue and partner outcomesComfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environmentHighly organized with excellent time management and prioritization skillsResults-driven problem solver who can anticipate partner needs and act proactivelyStrong relationship-building and communication skills, including presenting to senior stakeholdersCollaborative team player who takes pride in delivering high-quality work and going the extra milePura’s StoryWe’re passionate about creating spaces that inspire, elevate, and transform everyday life.
