We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to build and scale Flipper’s paid acquisition engine and help drive sustainable revenue growth across global markets.We create gadgets for people who value technical excellence and exploration. Reaching this audience goes far beyond traffic acquisition and campaign optimization. That’s why we expect someone who can develop a deep understanding of our products, customers, and markets, and translate those insights into effective acquisition strategies.Responsibilities:Own and scale paid acquisition across Meta, Google, Amazon, and other relevant channelsManage advertising budgets and optimize CAC, ROAS, and overall marketing efficiencyManage external agencies and marketing partners, evaluating performance and sourcing new vendors when neededBuild and scale the performance marketing function as the company growsRequirements:Strong experience in Performance Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Paid Acquisition rolesFluent English and RussianProven track record of managing and scaling significant advertising budgetsDeep expertise in paid media platforms, attribution, analytics, and conversion optimizationExperience working across international markets, particularly the US, EU, and UKNice to Have:Experience with Amazon advertising and marketplace ecosystemsExperience with Kickstarter, crowdfunding, or product launch campaignsWhat We Offer:Choose your work format: office, hybrid, or fully remote from anywhere in the worldYou will be provided with all the necessary equipment for a comfortable working environmentBenefits such as VHI, corporate sports, foreign language courses, and therapy sessionsA five-day workweek with a flexible start of the working day
