The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of experience supporting Momentum testing and implementation activities in a large federal agency. The Wave Test Lead will support the project leadership and the program by leading testing activities and a team of system testers for an implementation release as part of the overall program. The Wave Test Lead should be a self-starter who demonstrates leadership, works well with multiple senior-level clients, and has experience in leading teams and taking ownership of work assignments and project schedules. This position is remote but may require occasional domestic business trips to customer facilities primarily in Washington, DC and Austin, TX. Some overtime work may be required to support this fast-paced environment.Primary Responsibilities: Collaborate with the government client in planning and executing testing of the new financial system and coordinate with other vendors on testing to adjudicate, resolve, and close issues.Review existing test plans and develop updated test plans for the implementation releases.Supervise a team of 5-10 system testers for the following system components: application functionality, system configuration, system interfaces, reports, and data conversion.Oversee development of test scenarios and test scripts for each financial system component in that wave, including the use of automated testing tools.Maintain and prioritize a testing defect log that will be shared with the government client and other vendors to track testing progress.Provide technical, managerial, or administrative direction for functional domains related to ERP systems and projects.Minimum Requirements: A Masters degree and 10 years of experience (or a Bachelors degree and 15 years of experience) supporting Momentum or other Financial Management software implementation activities at a large federal agencyExperience with leading testing activities for a financial or acquisition system at a large government agencyExperience leading a team of at least 5 people in testing or other system implementation activitiesAt least 5 years of Momentum experience.Strong written and oral communication skills.Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.Occasional travel to Washington, DC or Austin, TX may be required.Preferred Qualifications: Experience with the Department of Veterans Affairs and/or Veterans Health Administration is a plus.Experience leading meetings and teams with senior federal executives.Experience with Selenium or other automated testing tools.Benefits (including but not limited to):Health, dental, and vision plansOptional FSAPaid parental leaveSafe Harbor 401(k) with employer contributions 100% vested from day 1Paid time off and 11 paid holidaysNo cost group term life/AD&D plan, and optional supplemental coveragePet insuranceMonthly phone and internet stipendTuition and training reimbursement$150,000 - $165,000 a yearThis range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as Trilogy Federal conducts an individual equity review for every candidate based on experience, location, education, industry experience, and comparisons to internal pay bands.
