Responsibilities and deliverables

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Perform high-accuracy Korean speech-to-text transcription with strong consistency and linguistic precision Lead and support complex annotation tasks (intent/entity labeling, classification, LLM-related datasets) Review, refine, and enforce annotation guidelines and linguistic standards Conduct QA, validation, and quality audits of annotated datasets Collaborate with project managers to identify edge cases Mentor and support other Korean annotators as the project expands REQUIREMENTS Native or near-native fluency in Korean Strong professional proficiency in English Proven experience in AI data annotation and/or transcription projects Demonstrated experience working with structured annotation guidelines Strong understanding of Korean grammar, dialectal variation, and spoken language nuance Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality standards Ability to work independently in a remote, deadline-driven environment
