Real Estate Acquisition Cold Caller (Remote). Location: Remote (Latin America Preferred). Type: Full-Time or Part-Time. Compensation: Competitive Hourly Rate + Performance Bonuses. We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Acquisition Cold Caller to contact property owners throughout the United States and identify potential sellers. This is a phone-based role focused on building rapport, uncovering seller motivation, and setting appointments for our acquisitions team. Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to property owners using provided lead lists. - Speak with homeowners, investors, absentee owners, vacant property owners, and off-market sellers. - Build rapport and professionally handle objections. - Identify motivated sellers and gather key property information. - Qualify leads based on our acquisition criteria. - Schedule appointments and follow-up calls for our acquisitions team. - Accurately update CRM records and call notes. Requirements: - Fluent English with clear pronunciation and excellent communication skills. - Prior experience in real estate cold calling, wholesaling, acquisitions, appointment setting, or real estate lead generation. - Experience speaking with homeowners and property owners in the U.S. market. - Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily. - Strong objection-handling and rapport-building abilities. - Reliable internet connection, computer, and headset. - Familiarity with CRM systems and dialers is a plus. Preferred Experience: - Real Estate ISA (Inside Sales Agent). - Real Estate Wholesaling. - Acquisition Specialist. - FSBO (For Sale By Owner) Lead Generation. - Vacant Land or Off-Market Property Acquisition. - Investor Relations or Seller Lead Qualification. Important: We are specifically looking for candidates who have experience speaking directly with property owners and identifying motivated sellers.
