Senior Full-Stack Engineer — Healthcare Interoperability (Remote LATAM, Full-Time).
About us:
We are Intely, a healthcare data interoperability platform powering EMR/EHR integrations, data migration, and clinical bridges for hospital systems and digital health companies.
What you will do:
- Build production features across our four products in TypeScript, Node.js, Next.js, AWS, and Kubernetes.
- Own end-to-end delivery: backend APIs, data pipelines, frontend UI, infrastructure.
- Integrate with EMR/EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, Athenahealth, etc.) using HL7 v2, FHIR, and proprietary APIs.
- Build healthcare data transformations, validation, and migration logic.
- Work directly with the founder on architecture and product decisions.
- Help raise the bar on code quality, testing, and CI/CD as we scale.
Who you are:
- 5+ years building production SaaS in TypeScript/Node.js.
- Strong with Next.js (App Router), Postgres, AWS, and Docker.
- Experience designing and shipping non-trivial backend systems (event-driven, async pipelines, queue-based architectures).
- Ship fast without breaking things — strong testing instincts.
- Native or near-native English (writing + speaking).
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, founder-led environment with high autonomy and high accountability.
Bonus (nice to have, not required):
- Healthcare experience (HL7, FHIR, EMR/EHR integrations, HIPAA).
- AI/ML experience (LLMs, RAG, vector databases).
- Kubernetes operations experience.
- Worked at a US-based startup.
