About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Practice Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a growing medical practice. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in orthopedics or interventional pain management who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.
This is a hybrid position, with in-office presence required on patient days and flexibility to work remotely on non-clinic days.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure efficient workflow
- Manage front desk, scheduling, and patient coordination processes
- Supervise and support administrative and clinical staff
- Optimize patient experience and maintain high service standards
- Coordinate with providers to ensure smooth clinic days
- Monitor KPIs, reporting, and operational performance
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and internal policies
- Implement and improve systems, processes, and workflows
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Practice Manager or similar leadership role
- Experience in orthopedics, pain management, or related specialty preferred
- Strong understanding of medical office operations and patient flow
- Experience with EMR/EHR systems and scheduling tools
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to problem-solve and manage multiple priorities
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability
