About the roleSKELAR is a venture builder that builds international product tech companies. We are currently looking for a Junior Recruiter in the supply zone to join one of our businesses — Brighterly. Brighterly is a startup building an online math and reading learning platform for children in the USA.Key challenges of the Junior Recruiter roleManaging candidates throughout the hiring funnel (from Application to Offer);Publishing and updating vacancies, managing job boards;Coordinating the interviewers team (scheduling, communication, availability);Working with data: maintaining trackers and monitoring hiring performance metrics;Communicating with candidates and supporting them throughout the process;Collaborate with onboarding and supply teams to ensure smooth pipeline flow;Support improvements in hiring processes and candidate experience.Requirements6+ months of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition;English level: B2+ (both written and spoken);Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple candidates simultaneously;Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets;Strong communication and organizational skills;Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly.Nice to haveExperience working with ATS / CRM systems;Previous experience in EdTech or high-volume hiring environments;Understanding of the full hiring lifecycle and basic metrics.What we offerHands-on experience with high-volume hiring and scaling processes;Supportive team and structured onboarding;Opportunity to learn fast and work with a strong team of experts across multiple functions besides hiring (probation, marketing, and employer branding);Fast career growth opportunities as we continue to scale rapidly;Remote work environment with the ability to visit the headquarter office in Kyiv once a month;Medical insurance, corporate doctor and psychologist.Among businesses, we have SKELAR foundation — a charitable foundation created by employees.
