Most videos will include talking-head footage, screen recordings, website examples, captions, charts, and simple motion graphics.Key ResponsibilitiesEdit short LinkedIn videos, usually 30 seconds to 3 minutesTurn raw footage into polished, engaging social contentAdd captions, callouts, zooms, screenshots, charts, and simple motion graphicsApply clean, consistent color grading to maintain a polished lookEnhance audio with basic sound design and levelingMake business and data-heavy topics feel clear and visually interestingCreate strong openings that hook viewers in the first few secondsRepurpose longer recordings into short clipsMaintain a clean, premium, data-driven brand styleCommunicate clearly with a U.S.-based team and respond well to feedbackSkills, Knowledge and Expertise2+ years of professional video editing experienceStrong portfolio of social media videosExcellent sense of pacing, storytelling, captions, and visual hierarchyExperience editing talking-head, educational, or business contentStrong skills in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut, or similarGood written EnglishReliable, organized, and able to work independentlyNice to HaveExperience with B2B, SaaS, marketing, design, or tech contentMotion graphics or After Effects skillsFamiliarity with LinkedIn and YouTube editing stylesInterest in A/B testing, CRO, UX, or digital marketingBenefitsGrowth path.
