Senior Paid Media Manager
Location: Remote · Type: Full-time · Reports to: Marketing Director / CEO
About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Paid Media Manager who doesn't just execute campaigns, but thinks like an owner of revenue. You will lead accounts with budgets of up to six figures and be accountable for turning ad spend into measurable growth. Your value lies in reading the data critically, questioning what doesn't add up, and deciding where the next dollar should go to generate the highest return.
You'll work alongside strategists, creatives, and clients in a fast paced environment where AI is part of the daily workflow, not an add-on.
What You'll Do
Lead paid media strategy and execution across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms, managing accounts with budgets of up to seven figures.
Own business outcomes: revenue, CAC, ROAS, LTV, payback period, and pipeline contribution, not just platform metrics (CTR, CPC, CPL).
Analyze campaign, CRM, and web analytics data to uncover growth opportunities, efficiency leaks, and budget reallocation decisions.
Build and defend hypotheses, design experiments, and communicate results clearly to stakeholders and leadership.
Audit accounts: review structure, attribution, tracking quality, and unit economics, and deliver a prioritized action plan.
Define, implement, and oversee measurement using Google Tag Manager, GA4, offline conversions, and CRM integrations, ensuring decisions are based on reliable data.
Embed AI into your workflow: automate reporting and analysis, accelerate creative and copy testing, and leverage platform automation and smart bidding.
Communicate directly with international clients and teams in English through meetings, calls, and results presentations.
Mentor specialists and analysts, raising the team's quality standards and critical thinking.
Stay ahead of platform changes, privacy shifts, and emerging channels, including advertising within AI-powered search experiences.
What We're Looking For
Must-have
6+ years of experience in paid media, with a proven track record managing accounts with budgets of up to six figures.
Deep expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads, plus solid experience in at least one additional channel (LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Microsoft Ads).
A revenue mindset: you understand unit economics, margins, LTV/CAC, sales cycles, and how paid media impacts the whole business.
Analytical and critical thinking: you question the data, distinguish correlation from causation, and make decisions grounded in evidence, not gut feeling or generic "best practices."
Working knowledge of Google Tag Manager: tag, trigger, and variable configuration, data layer, and event and conversion validation.
Experience with GA4, Looker Studio or similar tools, and CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, or other) to connect campaigns to sales results.
High-level, conversational English. This is a mandatory requirement: you will be assessed in English during the hiring process and will use it daily with clients and teammates.
The ability to communicate findings and recommendations to clients or executives, focused on decisions rather than descriptive reports.
AI-native: you use AI tools habitually in your work (analysis, creative, automation, reporting)
Extra Points:
Knowledge of or experience with advertising and visibility on AI platforms and AI search (Google AI Overviews / AI Mode, ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.).
Experience in B2B, professional services, or high-volume e-commerce.
Knowledge of SEO and how it interacts with paid media (integrated search strategy).
Familiarity with scripts, SQL, or data tools for advanced analysis.
What We Offer
Competitive compensation in USD between $2000 and $3000 based on your profile
Performance bonuses tied to results
Remote work
Hiring Process
Initial conversation (partly in English)
